Molecular Gastronomy
As Co-founder and Research Director of Spread, I led a 50+ member research initiative exploring food security across the production and disposal stages of the food cycle. I also guided agricultural fieldwork through farm visits, connecting our research with challenges observed on the ground.
We turned our findings into action through a campaign addressing food waste and food insecurity. I coordinated over $2,000 worth of food donations to the Korean Food Bank and helped drive more than $5,000 in fundraising for environmental organizations.
